2017 Teryx4 LE crush washer...

So I have been bit in the butt wish crush washers. I can normally re use them a couple of times or not use them and be fine but not this time lol.

Front dif had some drops under it and I did not have/use a crush washer. To prevent this in the future does anyone know the size of the three crush washers needed for full servize?

Front dif, Rear Dif and engine oil.

They have a 50 pack on rockymountain atv but the current front dif only has like 60 miles so I'd like to find it locally and then order like 3 of each for fron/rear dif and oil drain. I looked through the service manual and owners manual and nothing. If anyone does know it would be greatly appreciated. Google hasn't yielded anything either very odd I thought but you know lol.

Did you call Rocky MTN atv, they send them when I order my service kit from them and they are individual package, so you might can get them like that

I asked the parts specialist and customer service and they just said they can’t look it up and that I should order the tusk 50pack of crush washers.... little disappointing to hear but I can’t find it anywhere else lol.

The Kawasaki site doesn’t give the specs too just part number etc

It’s a m12 or m14 etc but no one ever wrote the sizes lol. I’ll see the dealer Saturday morning but hoping to fix it tonight or tomorrow after work

I was hoping to individually order like 3 of each but they said they couldn’t look it up 😞

On my 2015 Teryx 4 Camo with the 800 engine (KRT800DFF) The Front crush washer is part# 92065-058 and it is 10.5x16x1. The Front Bolt is part# 130BA1014 and is a 10x14 Flanged Bolt. The Oil crush washer is part# 92065-097 and it is 12x22x2. THe Oil Bolt is part# 92066-1174 and it is a 12x15 Flanged Bolt. The Rear crush washer is part# 11061-0759 and its size is UNKNOWN. The Rear Bolt is part# 92154-0832 and its size is UNKNOWN. EBay is where I got mine. Not sure if the Rocky Mountain Tusk package is cheaper.

This info came from Rocky Mountain OEM parts Diagram and some info from Google.

I have not been able to find the size of the rear Converter Gasket or Bolt. Those are the part numbers from Rocky Mountain's OEM Page...

More info to follow, if I find it...

Rocky Mountains parts are cheap, if you can get free shipping all the better...

I did find the same part numbers in a previous thread but nothing that just says its a m12,m14 etc. I may just order the 50 pack and like 3 of each for the larger sizes that don't come with it. The Kawasaki prices is almost $3 a piece so no way paying that. The oil filter was only $7 lol.

So has anyone used the tusk crush washers before? I have had to use oem specs in the past on cars but wasn't sure who's used them on the teryx4s before.

Rockymountain confirmed m12 crush washer for oil drain but cannot confirm front/rear dif. There is one place I can call if not I'll buy some from the dealer this time and measure it then order some bulk from online from a cheaper source. I'll post up what I get Saturday evening most likely. I got to take it in that day for a warranty repair since the parts finally came in.

So what are you exactly saying sorry? I now know the oil drain plug washer for my unit is an M12 Are you saying the front/rear diff take the same crush washer as the oil drain plug or?

I see. So I already have those numbers off of the Kawasaki parts website but they don't say what size the washers are. I googled and googled conversion charts and talked with three people from rockymountain. I was hoping to find what size the crush washers are so I can order the 99 cent ones off of rockymountainatv. The Kawasaki and other sites want $3+ for the crush washers plus $7-8 for shipping vs if I knew it was a m10 or m12 or m14 etc I could order like 3-4 of each from rockymountain. I may just buy the front dif crush washer from the dealer tomorrow and measure before I put it on. I was just hoping someone knew the size so I could order them online when I do my maintenance etc.

I did find the oil drain plug washer is an m12 so It would seem that the dif washers are a m10 or m12 based on the 10.5x16x1 spec?

Justin. Read what I wrote. 10 MM for the front and rear, 12 MM for the oil. The dimensions are in my post. 1st number is the inside dimension, the 2nd is the outside dimension and the 3rd is the thickness. All in MM's. Can't tell you any more...

I see. I was overthinking when I kept seeing the 10.5 vs 10 or 12 etc. I don't work with a lot of hardware so I assumed something would be different. Appreciate your experience and information.
