Need Help 2013 T4 LE

Good evening. I just joined this site! And new to the SxS era, yea I'm late to the party.

I bought a 2013 Teryx 750 4x4 LE about 5 months ago. Bought it from a private seller. It ran fine on rides, climbs, and everything. And well not it's a paper weight. As I can NOT figure out the issue and really don't want to take it in just yet.

Here's the issue. You can jump start it with a charger just fine, as it wont start without it. It will sit there and run fine until you disconnect the charger; insta dead. Then will not do anything without being jumped. It has thrown code 39 (which is an ECU communication issue). I have checked the battery grounding to the frame, its good. The ECU does not have anything loose on it, doesn't smell like burnt plastic, and the plugs are in good shape. I have not traced all the wires down yet. I did buy a new battery when it all first started. Thinking and hoping that was it. I was wrong.

Oh and I may need barney style direction.

Any advice, tips, and guidance is greatly appreciated.

You stated you got a new battery and it still needs to be hooked up to a battery maintainer to run and soon as you unplug it dies instantly?

What happened when it first died? just wouldn't start one day or died on the trail or?
Have you checked the fuses, checked for wire rub spots by the main ECU harness,

When I was out riding. It died out on a trail. After a bit it started back up. Then died again. We couldn't get it to stay running. I thought at first it was a bad battery, so I bought a new one. However, that was not the issue. Now it is just sitting in the driveway, wont start or anything. Only was I have been able to start it is with a jumper box.

I have checked all the fuses within the fuse box itself. Have not found any corroded, or any bad shape wires or markings. The actual harness itself is in good shape, didn't have any mud, wetness, burn marks, rub signs, cracks, chips, or anything.

SOrry but assuming ya put in N each time? In gear must depress brake which gets me wondering if that was the issue? Sensor wouldnt cause a kill though, hmm. Coil wires? Have ya checked voltages when things are weird? Does kinda sound like faulty pcm too.

@Stormking have tried it in Neutral and in gear with and without brake depressed. The battery is putting out 12v without key turned. Soon as I turn the key it jumps all over the place from 6.3-8.9 (without jumping).

As of today when I turn the key (still wont start), but I hear a constant humming/buzzing noise coming from under the engine; round item with a black box on the side of it, has 3 wires coming in from the bottom.

Checked all my ground wires, they are coming back solid!

Assuming you are connecting the charger/jumper box to the battery terminals I don't see how anybody can say it's a fuse, ECM, coil wires, not having it in neutral, etc... The OP states is starts and runs fine with a jumper box. A charger or jumper pack connected to the battery terminals doesn't magically make any of those issues go away. Regardless of the stator ouput, if the battery is fully charged wouldn't it still start and run for a period of time before the battery was drained enough to shut it off? The first thing I would do is get a multimeter and check the voltage at the battery (only touch the actual terminal on the battery) and then check the voltage on the battery cables. It doesn't take much corrosion to have a big voltage drop between the battery and the cable connection. This theory is based on it starting and running fine with a jumper pack attached. If you are clamping it on the battery terminals than it connected to the battery cables themselves.
