Nice ride to Lunch Peak. This area will soon be Snowmobile only territory so we got some rides in before snow falls. The wife and I have the Teryx4 and my Dad took his RZR, and a buddy had his kid/brother in his Canam.

Mods: 4500lb winch, full window, roof, rear dust net, front cargo rack. Soon spare tire mount.

OUCH!! Glad that everyone is OK (except your checking account). Please educate us as to how this happened, so we don't have the same experience.

Went over several dune last dune I went over had a sharp drop off on the right side and was still rounded on the left so the right side dove down first landing on the right side collapsing the lower right a arm then flipping on to the left side collapsing left side roll bars.. Just have to be more careful when peaking over a dune from now on

WOW! You the family are lucky. I used to do a lot of duning in the 70s & 80s, until Glamas & Dumont got too crazy. I have seen dune accidents like you described, with not so lucky outcomes. All of it can happen in a second.
Happy to hear that your deal turned out "OK".

Well, the weather here turned cold, quickly over the weekend. We have a bunch of groves of Aspen trees in the mountains around our area, some of them are remote and you need a ATV/UTV to get to them. My wife is really into photography so we go out and visit these when the leaves start to change. We tried to get to one of the groves on Saturday, but had to turn back because of the rain/hail/snow that hit us at the top of a mountain we have to go over to get there. I am definitely going to buy a windshield this week, most likely the flip up one from SuperATV. My local dealership has one in their showroom and it was pretty nice with 3 settings on it. I was dressed warm and mostly waterproof, but a windshield would have helped, going up Sunday was much better. We are going back up this weekend and probably the one after that to catch when the leaves turn. I will post more pictures if we are able to get them.

The first two pictures are on top of a bluff looking from Nevada over to California. A lot of great riding in that area, there is a Quartz Crystal mine just over on the California side, you can dig up 1 bucket per week there, a lot of fun to try to find the crystals. The 3rd picture is the trail leading to an Aspen grove, when those leaves turn it will be a great picture since you are completely surrounded by them, hopefully I will be able to post some.

Nice photo shots, and yes, it turned cooler this weekend in the Southern Utah mountains also. Leaves turning; beautiful!
Check out USA Windshields. I have 2 of them and have been very happy with them. Just a suggestion for comparison. I know they ship. Enjoy the cooler weather!
