Sorry to hear you are having trouble. With a problem like you describe, it might be best to take it into a professional shop with high end diagnostics equipment (a dealer or good mechanic, not a back-yard shop). They should be able to properly diagnose and repair the problem.

If that is not available to you, you might try visiting BruteCentral.com for more ideas. Your 750 engine is pretty much the same as the Brute Force ATV and I know they talk a LOT about issues such as yours. You may have better luck there?
