2013 teryx problem, seeking help!

I have a question to you guys,
I own a 2013 kawsaki teryx with a motor that i freshley rebuilt, starts right up.
took it for a first ride and it wasnt full power, the speesometer was going crazy and jumping, Lets say i rode at 30 kmh
The speedometer said 2, then i slowed down and the speedo jumps to 30...
I checked the wiring, the ground, and for shorts, didnt find any.
Also changed the speed sensor with a used one from another kawasaki, same part number.
But it wont get better
The 4x4 vacuum actuator lines were misplaced so i fixed it and the ride got just a tiny better.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

It sounds like the computer is receiving information that is confusing it. Did you alter the motor in any way during the rebuild? Or could it be a faulty connection somewhere in the harness?
First question, is this a 2 seat or 4 seat model?
You are obviously getting an erratic speed sensor signal which could definitely cause a running issue. The speed sensor provides feedback to the ECU and can dictate how it runs. Going a step further, the speed sensor may not be the only thing that is erratic but rather the only thing easily noticeable. Common for several sensors and electronic parts to share the same power supply, and if the power supply is being erratic it can cause more issues. Looking at a 2014 T4 wiring schematic the speed sensor, fuel injectors, and intake air pressure sensor all share a common wire and would have to assume this is the voltage input signal coming from the ECU. If that wiring had a short or bad connection it would be causing all of those components to suffer sporadic drop outs.
You really need to find what the cause of the sporadic signal or power supply is. I know you said you checked, but not sure what exactly you did or your procedure, and may have not been able to duplicate the issue (wiggling the wires and connectors in the right way). Sporadic issues like this are always the toughest to track down.

The erratic behavior of the speedometer and the loss of power could indicate a potential problem with the speed sensor or the wiring connected to it. Despite changing the speed sensor with a used one, the issue persists.

In addition to checking the wiring and ground connections, it may be worth examining the connections and condition of the speedometer itself. Ensure that all connections are secure and free from corrosion or damage. It's also advisable to inspect the speedometer cable for any signs of wear or damage.

I found this thread and possible "fix" for a brute force. Speed Sensor See post #5
Guys, Im back, sorry for not replying. Phone went bad.
Its a 2 seater.
The engine is backfiring toward the intake manifold on the rear cyl, the same rear cyl that isnt running, did reverse compression check and 0 leaks toward any direction.
Thinking ignition timing is off. What could that be?
