DUST is killing me!!!!

WTF do I need to do to keep the dust from swarming into the cab? I don't know what's going on, but it is out of control. I've been hunting off mine the past couple of weekends and it is covering me, the passenger and the riders in the bed, not the mention our guns. I can't even see hardly when driving its so bad......

Is it my tires? Windshield? Is this normal?

I have a set of 28" Swamplites, and a half windshield, and also a roof.

Any ideas?

when you add the dust sheild does it help with the dust in the bed also? The kids sit in back and get dusted out.

Even the plastic shield will help some with dust in the bed .look at adding something between the bed and cab. U block that off the dust goes away pretty much. My efforts have been at keeping dust outa the cab and airbox.the plastic piece is adequate for that

I am looking for a solution to this problem on my 2014 Teryx EPS 2 seater. I can't find anything out there for the rear wind deflection. I may consider raising the windshield if that helps.

I bought a 12 inch Wide strip of plastic by4 ft long. I mounted it across the gap between the bed and seats. It reduces the dust by at least 75% best thing is it cost about $4

Just picked up my new 2016 T4, after a 105 mile first ride and a thorough dusting I learned some things.
Kawasaki does a poor job in sealing the back half. The frame tube under the rear seats are open all the way through and they funnel the dust into the cab. Also the plastic under the rear seats don't fit well.
FIX? I purchased some foam window ac seal from Walmart to stuff inside the frame rails. One roll of black duct tape and an hour on my head to seal the plastic gaps under the rear seats. One package clear self stick door sweep to seal around edges of back doors.
Next project, two rolls of self stick 2 foot wide foam with foil backing from home depot. Excellent sound deadening and heat block for under the plastic console.

So far the dust proofing worked great.

You guys way over complicate this. Had this happen on several utvs. Full front windshields cause this. Many have said it. You can seal the rest of the cab doesn't matter. A rear windshield will do the same just causes it to suck around the sides. The best bet is air flow. I ride very dusty conditions low speed and have no windshield and no roof and no dust hazing on rear seats or anything. They were designed to have air flow through the cabin area.

If it were me I would raise the windshield like others said or just take it off and wear goggles. The only time I use any kind of windshield is in the winter when it is -30 out it gets cold I can take snow swirling in the cab before that cold temp.

Half shield with a tusk rear window and I have very little dust. Some, but very manageable. Back in the summer I ran it with an inch gap under the half shield, might have helped a little. Maybe I needed more gap, but like I said dust already is a non-issue.

Granted, this is a T4. Might be a different story on a T2.

I run with closed full windshield and it's not a problem but I've done alot of work. I gorilla taped all the seams in my interior, theres alot of holes to cover under the seats and a C channel pc below the front seat belts dust and heat comes up thru. Under my T4 rear seats is a seam from one side of buggy to other I sealed with RTV and also get Treadliners or cut rubber to cover holes in floorboards.
