What enclosed cargo trailers are guys using that will fit a Teryx4 and have appropriate loading door height. Thinking of 12-14' length cargo trailers in either a single or double axle configuration.

Currently using an open 10' single axle (3500 lb) trailer and having to load machine on backwards.

I have a 7x14 extended height v nose cargo. It is perfect, lots of room. 12' probably fine too. Now the KRX barely fits up ramp door cables width.

They make a 8.5x 14 for not much more that gives you more room around machine, order it with 7.5 ft ceilings, which will give u a 7ft high door opening

PT, what brand trailer is it that you mention? Sounds like a perfect size for a Teryx. Is it a single or double axle?

You want to have at least a 8x12 trailer if you want to have any room to work with for tying it down and to be able to move around while it is in the trailer. If you want to carry any gear with you go to a 14 footer. A single axle will work fine. Keep in mind that you will never be able to haul anything longer than a Teryx if you go with a 12 footer.

We have an 8.5X20 and if memory serves, its 7.5-foot high enclosed trailer. It has a double axle. The T-Rex roof just barely scraps by the door seal as it goes in. Once inside there is loads of ceiling clearance. It also just barely touches our open house garage door as well. We also transport three dirt bikes, otherwise, we would get by well with only a 12 footer I would suspect.

Im hauling my KRX in the 7x14 vnose with plenty of length room. It is tight on sides with KRX at 69" width. Extended height is the MUST have for Trex4. 2 axle is a MUST imop/ 1 axle is a MUST. 1 axle tows like dogsheeeetz.

A single axle trailer would be cheaper and in my area would not require brakes, and therefor would not require an annual inspection. Of course, this varies greatly state to state.

I just got a 16ft V-nose. So 16 +2. It is 8.5 wide. It is 84 inches tall I nside. It has a dove tail entry, and the door is 81 inches. So the Teryx 4 fits in with an inch to spare.
Now have to insulate and paint and add beds and etc so we can camp in it.
I had 7x14 setup perfectly fir when we were do street bike track days. But it is too small for the Teryx.
