Instrument cluster issue

I have 2018 teryx 4 and the instrument cluster is doing some weird stuff I'm not sure if it's the cluster or if it's a ground issue. Also noticed that the brake lights are always on? Not sure just looking fo some insight befor I get started Pic below of what it is doing. At start up somethimes its normal
