We were all sittin' around and my guys were asking me about long travel kits. We all ride in mud in East Texas. Most of us have al least a two inch lift kit. Anyway, they were asking me, and I don't have an answer. I don't think it's needed, besides, thats really not what they are made for. What have you guys experienced, or in the least, what do you think about it?

A long travel kit would not really be what you are looking for in the mud, although you could set the ride height pretty high to get more ground clearance. But again thats not really what they were designed for.

Long travel might get you out of other peoples ruts but you would give up fitting through alot of tight mud trails. I think it would be a waste for mud riders.

I live in central PA and Im considering a mid travel kit (+3). Rzr-S's go everywhere around here with not much of a problem and i could use the lil extra width for stability and ride quality. Depends on how tight your trails are really:eek:illeak:
