Hey all. New to the whole utv world. Just bought a 2023 Teryx 4 s le. I'm seeing now there isn't much aftermarket support for these. I did get a super atv windshield when I bought it. Hope to learn a few things from this site!

Welcome. What are you looking for in the aftermarket? There is a fair amount of support out there for these machines that I have found, other than aftermarket cages. The "S" models have a few less options for some suspension parts because they are still pretty new, but there are options coming out. Let us know if there is something specific that you can't find and we may be able to point you in the right direction.

Remember that even though something might be machine specific, you might be able to utilize it on our machines. For example light bars and mirrors are generic enough. You might have more problems with windscreens and gun racks. Just ask, someone should be able to point you in the right direction.

More or less ways to improve trail riding. I was thinking a roof mounted spare tire holder. I may just need to make my own at this point. I've finally found mostly what I'm looking for on the odds and ends stuff like mentioned above. It's mostly universal. I'm trying to utilize as much space as possible without losing too much space in the cargo area for tools and a cooler.

gotcha... yeah, as far as storage options and that type of thing, it's more about finding universal fit type items and making them work. Spare tire mounting options are a little bit limited, especially if you don't want it blocking your view through the rear view mirror. UTV Inc. a nice option for a rear "bumper" type mount, but that could still be in the way of bed access. There are plenty of people that have made roof racks for the Teryx, generally using a Harbor Freight type rack or similar. The only thing to consider with that is the affect on your center of gravity and off camber situations on the trails. These machines can feel a little bit "tippy" as it is when things get technical, so adding a bunch of extra weight up that high can make that even worse. That being said, it all depends on what type of riding you are doing and whether or not you get in to those off camber type of situations very often. Many people use the space under the drivers seat for storage as well, mounting an ammo can or similar box under there to keep recovery equipment, tools, or items that don't mind a little heat, dust and water.

Welcome
Howdy JCP and Welcome to the forum.
there's a lot to see and learn about on here and many talented and knowlegeable people too. if you can't find what you are looking for, just ask.
I'm still deciding on a spare tire mount too. either going to make a rear bumper swing out carrier or make one like one that Tusk makes that goes in receiver hitch. The tusk won't work on mine because I have changed lug nut bolt pattern

I'm going with a group this weekend on a creek ride and will get the feel of this unit. I fell in love with the teryx not only because of the price but the room I have inside of it. Thank you guys for info! I'll start posting pictures and threads once I start ordering parts. I'm hoping to add a second battery and lights before too long. I'll end up tackling the small stuff before moving onto the larger items I'd like to get.

But I have another project that likes to take up more of my time when I can spare it lol.

A 2nd battery install was the last thing I've done to mine. It's under drivers seat , battery isolator & acc. fuse box under hood. I wish I had done that 1st. makes adding accessories ( lights, stereo, winch, etc. ) much easier to connect.
Have fun this weekend, let us know how it went

Aftermarket parts can be hard to find but as the Teryx keeps getting more popular it's getting easier.
Partzilla is one of my favorites.

Central IL around the mattoon/charleston area.

The badlands in attica, IN are less than 2 hours from me along with a few other larger trail spots.

I'll be checking out everything you guys have mentioned so far. Thanks so much everyone for all the help!

I have tons of family in the sikeston/cape area. I'm down that way at least once a month. I can always bring the teryx with on one of those trips!
