If its a new ride as you describe, it probably would be a good idea to check all your bolts and such to make sure nothing is coming loose. Unfortunately, Kawasaki has never been that good about factory torque settings and many components are bolted on at the dealer after un-crating. Its possible something just needs to be tightened up.
Also, you're dealer, if they were a good one, should have offered for you to bring the bike in for a complimentary check over. You do have a 6 month warranty right?
