Running on one cylinder

Hi guys, I have a 2013 750 two seater.
With a freshley rebuilt engine, after assembly it fired right up, took it for a ride and it felt really weak, after some time and some plug wires taken off while running, i realised that it is running on just the front cylinder, i have very good compression, timing is spot on, valves adjusted,
swapped between the coils - nothing
swapped between the injectors - nothing
Got new plugs - nothing, the injector wire harness is good.
Both cylinders are getting good fuel and spark.
Crank sensor is good and the engine turns off when unplugging it.
The rear cylinder is backfiring through intake manifold, so I thought maybe the valves are tight, loosened them up a lot to see if there is any difference, and nothing.
Did a leakdown test, zero leaks.
Thinking ecu could be fd up but heard that it isnt responsible of the ignition.
Also... when riding the speedo goes nuts, jumping around.
So swapped it with a used one, didnt change anything.
Please share your thoughts with me. .

Is the other end of the rear spark plug wire connected tight? People seam to have a fair amount of trouble getting both ends of the rear plug wire tightly connected. It seams like removing the console sometimes pulls the wire loose.

Nope, good spark.

If you have backfiring through the intake, I would suspect a cam timing issue.

Seems electronic. My first guess would be a main ground issue. I would make sure all of your grounds are good and clean and connected.
Also make sure your plug wires aren't grounding out to something. It sounds like it's something simple and easy to over look.
One more thing lol. Have you tried starting fluid in that cylinder? Will it run better with starting fluid sprayed in it?
