Well since my Teryx is in a shop right now getting a few other mods done, I decided to take my headlights out and add some Halo RGB rings. I asked a few questions from a fellow rider on the Texas Teryx Riders on FB and went from there. The lights I ordered didn't exactly fit the same way he has done his so I made a few adjustments. This is a somewhat complete write up with a few pictures and explaining.
Here are the rings I used. They are RGB 110mm outside and about 92mm inside. To make a perfect fit you need 100mm inside.

Here are the headlights out and what I did was take a very fine drimmel cutoff wheel and cut open the lens away from the bucket.

So after I got them open I found out you need a 100mm inside diameter to make a perfect fit. The only ones I was told that have that are solid color and I wanted the RGB to go with the rest of the lights that will be hooked up at a later time. So what I did was cut off the existing plastic chrome piece shown here to make a perfect flat fit.

Next, the rings have the cable connection glued to the underside making it not sit flat and also the rings have very fine soldering pieces(or something) on the bottom also. So I took a grinding wheel on the dremmel and removed a section for the connection and a fine section for each soldering piece underneath so the ring would sit flat.

From here all I did was superglue the rings to the bucket and make them as flat as possible with a little pressure. Then layed the lens on top and with a paper towel to not scratch the lens, I used a C-clamp to hold them together held with a vise. I then used a regular water resistant silicon and made a layer all the way around. I made this pass about 2-3 times depending how think it was in some sections. Make sure to close any gaps as you don't want any water getting into your headlights or on the rings for that matter because they will not be any good after that. I didn't get any pictures in the process as I was trying to make sure to get the silicon all the way around.

A day after letting them dry, I got a bucket of water, lowered them in to make sure I didn't have any leaks and put them back together. Here's a video of them in the buckets after I finished them. They won't get on the Teryx for a while. Photobucket and Youtube video in case you can't see one or the other.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. I can try to answer them as much as I know.
